Needed a diagnostic I made an appointment to have my vehicle looked at (I'll stress that I MADE and appointment). However 6 hours after dropping by vehicle off, I still hadn't heard from the service department about what was, if anything, wrong. When I called I was told that it hadn't yet been looked at and was actually not likely to be touched until the next day. This is unacceptable. It was clear that my time and business were not important and so I requested that my vehicle be left for me to pick up. I will take it somewhere customers are respected.
