Needed a diagnostic I made an appointment to have my vehicle looked at (I'll stress that I MADE and appointment). I brought my vehicle at the time of my appointment and was asked if needed could they keep it over night? I agreed knowing that parts can be difficult to transport if they're needed. However 6 hours after dropping by vehicle off, I still hadn't heard from the service department about what was, if anything, wrong. When I called I was told that it hadn't yet been looked at and was actually not likely to be touched until the next day. This is unacceptable. It was clear that my time and business were not important and so I requested that my vehicle be left for me to pick up. I will take it somewhere customers are respected. To be fair, Melissa and Vitalii were both very pleasant on the phone. More
