Thankfully this time Airdrie Dodge was our second stop. We discussed our needs with Dale Roach who set us up with Steve McFarlane and within an hour, since he had nothing suitable on the lot, he found a truck in Edmonton that met every requirement on our list including some additional towing specific features that Perry was especially pleased with! Unsure about the colour, Steve showed us examples on the lot so we knew exactly what we liked. We were quoted a price that was clearly unbeatable so we signed a deal! Chris Tonkin in finance processed the paperwork and Steve had the truck on the lot within 2 days. After the add-ons we wanted were complete, we drove off within a week completely satisfied with our new truck and the entire experience at Airdrie Dodge. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional in every aspect and we highly recommend Airdrie Dodge to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

We found salesperson Chyan Coakley really knowledgable about their products and extremely helpful in finding us the perfect truck. Also appreciated that there were no "strong arm tactics". The parts people had our truck decked out with our desired add-ons in short order too. Overall a great experience and I recommend this dealership. More

All kidding aside, Dale is very passionate about what he does and he always listens to his customers and tries to help them in any way he can. Steve was amazing explaining all of the new features of the truck with us at delivery and helping us get everything organized with the parts and business departments. Jason always goes above and beyond the call of duty looking after the service needs of our trucks. He gives his customers exceptional service and guidance with making decisions about their vehicles and explains very clearly what needs to be done when something is wrong, even to women who may not know the terminology very well lol! The owner of this dealership is very lucky to have staff like this because it keeps people coming back even when it would be far more convenient to go somewhere else! More
