Originally we were going to purchase a Wrangler that was to on order for dealership stock, but when it didn't turn up in time, we looked at stock on other dealer's lots. Our specs were tight, and inventory is low this time of year, but Jim persevered and found a Wrangler Sahara that met our requirements. Jim and the other staff are low key: no glibness, no glad-handing, no back-slapping, no "I'd like to put you in that unit", no pressure. Plus in the end we got the vehicle we wanted and a good price.
