Our specs were tight, and inventory is low this time of year, but Jim persevered and found a Wrangler Sahara that met our requirements. Jim and the other staff are low key: no glibness, no glad-handing, no back-slapping, no "I'd like to put you in that unit", no pressure. Plus in the end we got the vehicle we wanted and a good price.
