There aren't enough words to describe his presence. Upon first calling Airdrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep (after giving up on every single dealership in Calgary), TG was helpful from the gecko and answered every question that I had. Then meeting him later in person, he was still genuine. At no point did I feel like I was being backed up into a corner, he made me feel like he was on my side which he assures you he is from the start. TG made the process of doing a trade-in very easy and stress-free. Even after having purchased my Jeep, he still took the time to give a thorough review of all the features in the vehicle and made sure every question I had was answered. TG even insisted that in the future, if I had any problems to not hesitate to call him on his cell, at any time of the day! Not to mention, days after he called to ensure that I will still happy with my purchase. The finance aspect of it, I dealt with Clark who made it so easy compared to going through it the first time. He was able to get me a better rate with a different bank and the process was so quick and painless. At the time we were just looking and Jim took his time to go over what he could offer us that was about 2 1/2 hours of time. We left with a good feel from him about what might be possible. We continued looking talking with others, but the service, no pressure feel we got from Jim was kept in mind. Eventually we felt we should return to talk more with Jim about what we were looking for. We really like the Dodge Grand Caravan as we currently own a 1998 one, so we wanted something similar. Jim took another 5+ hours of time with us, did not pressure us, but answered all of our thousands of questions. We really would recommend others if they are looking for a vehicle to go talk with Jim. There was wide selection to choose from and I was able to make an easy decision. I dealt with Josee for the financing and everything was efficient - she was quick and great to deal with. The whole process was smooth and hassle free - from starting to shop and test drive the van, through to financing and picking up the vehicle. We had a lot of fun going through the features of our new van with Ron. We really appreciated the time Ron took to go through everything with us and answer all of our questions. Excellent Experience We were greeted with a smile in the parking lot as we got out of car. Ron listened to exactly what we were looking for. We were disappointed in what we asked for but Ron quickly took care of our concerns and found us a vehicle that suited us to a T. He showed us how everything in the vehicle worked and made sure we were well informed on the operation of all the features of our vehicle, of which there were many all the time with an upbeat attitude and a smile. We have never had such good service when buying a vehicle. We even learned about features our old vehicle had that our previous salesman 7 years ago never showed us. After the deal was complete, he still found us another $1000.00 off. Now that's honesty. We would definitely recommend Ron Down and Airdrie Dodge to everyone. More
