Airdrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Beware of airdrie dodge your bait and switch dealer I have purchased a 2nd vehicle through Airdrie a Dodge. The first time was in 2013 where I bought a Dodge Ram Sport and was very satisfied with my pur I have purchased a 2nd vehicle through Airdrie a Dodge. The first time was in 2013 where I bought a Dodge Ram Sport and was very satisfied with my purchase. In July of 2015 I was in the dealership having some service work completed and spoke with Sean Miles whom I had dealt with in the past. I wanted to trade my truck in for a new lifted Ram Sport and was able to work out what I thought was a good deal on doing this. I was offered 35,000 trade in value on my truck and there were good factory incentives in place to make the deal. I signed a offer to purchase for a 2015 Dodge Ram with 4" mopar lift and other required accessories. I was happy with their offer stating these terms and gave a deposit. I was told by the finance girl there was even more room in the financing for a gold package extended warranty... I was then contacted a week later and was advised that I could have the truck but not the lift and options that were agreed on. I was then told that I was only really getting 24,000$ on my trade in for my vehicle which is not what I had agreed to. At that point I became very upset and had asked for my deposit back which was refused by the sales manager Steve McFarlane and finance manager Luc Mirza. They stated that they brought the truck in for me and that I can not have my deposit back. I reluctantly continued with the purchase as they had confused me enough to think that I was actually getting a deal which I was not. I paid very close to full MSRP even with 8500$ in factory incentives and 1500$ for owning a dodge truck already. The 11,000$ that they ripped me off on my trade is almost the cost of the lift. Now I am left with a vehicle with options I don't want and am paying more than my 2013 Dodge Ram. WARNING Beware of Airdrie Dodge and their shady way of doing business. I would suggest to buy your new vehicle from anywhere other than airdrie dodge unless you want to pay more than you have to. Do not ever give a deposit unless you expect not to get it back even if the deal falls through. More
