terrible service I went in to Airdrie Dodge with a price that I had received from a competing Ram dealer. It was a fleet price that I was told was non-negotiable based I went in to Airdrie Dodge with a price that I had received from a competing Ram dealer. It was a fleet price that I was told was non-negotiable based on pricing our company gets on our company owned fleet vehicles. This pricing can be applied to personal purchases, which was my intent. The guys at Airdrie Dodge basically accused me of lying about the truck, options and final price and said there's no way they can sell you that truck, with those options, for that price. In fact, they tried to sell me a lower end model for more money than what I had brought in from the competitor. These guys are crooked! I would've liked to deal with Airdrie Dodge considering its close to home, but they weren't willing to deal on numbers Mountainview Dodge had given me. I went to Mountainview Dodge in Olds, Ab which was the original dealer I got the price from and bought the 2015 Ram 1500 Sport for the price they quoted. No haggle, no gimmicks, no fees - even got free mud flaps (that Airdrie said were an extra $300) AND 500 air miles to boot! It was well worth the drive, anyone in Airdrie or the north end of Calgary should consider it over Airdrie Dodge. They offered me the best price out of the gate, which should've been the case with any other dealer as it was a fleet negotiated price. Daryl and Jeff at Mountainview Dodge were great to deal with. Keith, Vanessa, and Chris made this easy I called Airdrie Dodge to order some tires for my 2015 Ram and first spoke to Vanessa. In conversation with Vanessa she caught on that I was looking for an affordable commuter car, she was extremely switched on and passed my info to Keith (Sales). I received a call from Keith and my original thought was, "oh great...he is going to try to upsell me to a new car.."...boy was I wrong. Keith was helpful and asked what I was looking for and my budget. I explained to Keith that I wanted Japanese and wasnt going to finance, cash deal. Keith told me about a recent Nissan trade in and said he would look into the pricing and get back to me. I heard back from Keith and he was very good to work with on the price for the Nissan and also at no point was he pushy. I felt no pressure whatsoever and Keith never tried to upsell me or rush a decision. Chris (cash man) was easy to deal with and made the paperwork side of things quick and easy. After driving all over Calgary looking at inaccurate Kijiji ads it was a relief to work with Vanessa and Keith. I ended up buying a great used vehicle and look forward to using Airdrie Dodge in the future. More
