So when we walked on site last Saturday we weren't sure what to expect, but were hopeful to have good service and find the Turbo Diesel we wanted. At first they didn't think they had one , but then the new guy James Gunn actually went and found us the one and only Outdoorsman model they had! We had a great test drive and signed the intent to buy papers. Unfortunately, there was a huge backlog of deals pending at the banks, and we almost thought we weren't going to land this awesome truck. The true service and ability to make this deal happen was thanks to James, in New Vehicle Sales in the show room and Luc, the Special Finance Manager and Associate Adam, in the back sales building! We felt their true sincerity, hard work, long hours both on the phone and in the office paid off and made this dream a reality! We highly recommend this dealership and the Dodge brand, but more importantly, this team with the Bat phone!!! More

In conversation with Vanessa she caught on that I was looking for an affordable commuter car, she was extremely switched on and passed my info to Keith (Sales). I received a call from Keith and my original thought was, "oh great...he is going to try to upsell me to a new car.."...boy was I wrong. Keith was helpful and asked what I was looking for and my budget. I explained to Keith that I wanted Japanese and wasnt going to finance, cash deal. Keith told me about a recent Nissan trade in and said he would look into the pricing and get back to me. I heard back from Keith and he was very good to work with on the price for the Nissan and also at no point was he pushy. I felt no pressure whatsoever and Keith never tried to upsell me or rush a decision. Chris (cash man) was easy to deal with and made the paperwork side of things quick and easy. After driving all over Calgary looking at inaccurate Kijiji ads it was a relief to work with Vanessa and Keith. I ended up buying a great used vehicle and look forward to using Airdrie Dodge in the future. More
