Amazing experience, love my new van! I had been looking to buy a new vehicle for almost a year and was undecided in what kind of vehicle to get, as well as on whether to buy new or used. After hearing about several good reviews about both the Dodge Grand Caravan and Dodge Journey, I decided I'd go and do some research about both vehicles. I was torn on which to get. I went to Airdrie Dodge and spoke with Terrie-Lynn, who was honest that the van would be the best choice for me. She could have sold me the more expensive Dodge Journey easily, but instead directed me towards a cheaper but more practical vehicle seeing that I had two children and am a travelling photographer who needs a lot of space to carry gear. She was honest and upfront about all the vehicles they had available. She showed me a van that was both sporty looking but very practical. It didn't have all the bells in whistles, but it had top of the line safety features and everything I would need, including a remote car starter - no more dragging my kids into a cold vehicle! She thought of everything. I found her to me more than helpful, much more so than the many other car salespeople I have spoken to in the last year. She is very friendly, helpful, honest and fun! I absolutely love my new van - it's everything I wanted in a vehicle! Good looking but practical. Lots of space and good on gas, and my kids absolutely love it! Even my husband who was totally against getting a minivan (typical) is totally in love with it! Go to Airdrie Dodge and ask for Terrie-Lynn! terrible service I went in to Airdrie Dodge with a price that I had received from a competing Ram dealer. It was a fleet price that I was told was non-negotiable based I went in to Airdrie Dodge with a price that I had received from a competing Ram dealer. It was a fleet price that I was told was non-negotiable based on pricing our company gets on our company owned fleet vehicles. This pricing can be applied to personal purchases, which was my intent. The guys at Airdrie Dodge basically accused me of lying about the truck, options and final price and said there's no way they can sell you that truck, with those options, for that price. In fact, they tried to sell me a lower end model for more money than what I had brought in from the competitor. These guys are crooked! I would've liked to deal with Airdrie Dodge considering its close to home, but they weren't willing to deal on numbers Mountainview Dodge had given me. I went to Mountainview Dodge in Olds, Ab which was the original dealer I got the price from and bought the 2015 Ram 1500 Sport for the price they quoted. No haggle, no gimmicks, no fees - even got free mud flaps (that Airdrie said were an extra $300) AND 500 air miles to boot! It was well worth the drive, anyone in Airdrie or the north end of Calgary should consider it over Airdrie Dodge. They offered me the best price out of the gate, which should've been the case with any other dealer as it was a fleet negotiated price. Daryl and Jeff at Mountainview Dodge were great to deal with. So when we walked on site last Saturday we weren't sure what to expect, but were hopeful to have good service and find the Turbo Diesel we wanted. At first they didn't think they had one , but then the new guy James Gunn actually went and found us the one and only Outdoorsman model they had! We had a great test drive and signed the intent to buy papers. Unfortunately, there was a huge backlog of deals pending at the banks, and we almost thought we weren't going to land this awesome truck. The true service and ability to make this deal happen was thanks to James, in New Vehicle Sales in the show room and Luc, the Special Finance Manager and Associate Adam, in the back sales building! We felt their true sincerity, hard work, long hours both on the phone and in the office paid off and made this dream a reality! We highly recommend this dealership and the Dodge brand, but more importantly, this team with the Bat phone!!! More

In conversation with Vanessa she caught on that I was looking for an affordable commuter car, she was extremely switched on and passed my info to Keith (Sales). I received a call from Keith and my original thought was, "oh great...he is going to try to upsell me to a new car.."...boy was I wrong. Keith was helpful and asked what I was looking for and my budget. I explained to Keith that I wanted Japanese and wasnt going to finance, cash deal. Keith told me about a recent Nissan trade in and said he would look into the pricing and get back to me. I heard back from Keith and he was very good to work with on the price for the Nissan and also at no point was he pushy. I felt no pressure whatsoever and Keith never tried to upsell me or rush a decision. Chris (cash man) was easy to deal with and made the paperwork side of things quick and easy. After driving all over Calgary looking at inaccurate Kijiji ads it was a relief to work with Vanessa and Keith. I ended up buying a great used vehicle and look forward to using Airdrie Dodge in the future. More
