We have a very fixed budget so we were hesitant to get into a dealership that would be pushy or too aggressive. We came to Airdrie Dodge after seeing a a few vans within our price. Once we wend inside Dyan was welcoming, informative and very friendly. She was professional and willing to work with us. She made it a point to work with our budget for the van that interested us. We left the first day without signing as I had to go to work and she was willing to see us when she was not scheduled to work. She was patient when the insurance company was a nightmare to deal with and gave me a lift to the registry when the deal was done. She ordered some new accessories for us when they could not be found and always responded in timely manner. It was a great experience and when the moment comes to do it again we know where to go. Our salesman, Eric, even though new on the job, was very informative, low keyed and very easy to deal with. We decided we wanted the vehicle and after consulting with his Manager, Eric came back and told us that there was a brand new truck, exactly the same as the one we test drove that Airdrie Dodge would give us for the same price as the slightly used one. All the staff in both the used and new car lot went to the extra mile for us, and made this vehicle purchase a great experience. Nothing like good old honesty, integrity and customer service, and Airdrie Dodge certainly has all of the above. More
