I will admit that when making a significant purchase like this I tend to have a lot of questions. With this purchase we were going from a gas truck to a diesel. This was a big step for us and I wanted to make sure that this was going to be the right decision. My questions were anything from price, to trade in value, to options on truck, to comparison to other packages, exact mileage, maintenance questions, is it washed and fueled.... no really is it detailed and full of fuel! Sean Miles was taking care of us through the purchase of the truck and I truly appreciate his patience and professionalism. He was in constant contact with me and assured me that everything would be arranged for pick up. We arranged for pick up on a Saturday and Sean was not available. Enter TG.... What a pleasure it was to have TG help us with our delivery. TG made sure that the truck was clean, warm and ready for us to test drive and take delivery of. With us travelling from Edmonton area to bring our new truck home, it was a relief to have the truck look so good and everything that was promised to me actually happen. Since our delivery, Sean has followed up with us to make sure that everything went smooth. After getting our truck home I noticed that it had a very small chip of paint. I emailed Sean and he took care of it by sending us a paint pen to fix the chip. Everything from the smallest detail was taken care of! Thank you TG and Sean! More
