Durangooooooo! We were in the market to trade in the old Ford Flex™ for another SUV and visited numerous dealerships. 2 of the dealerships we visited were previous We were in the market to trade in the old Ford Flex™ for another SUV and visited numerous dealerships. 2 of the dealerships we visited were previous ones we had dealt with in the past and the salesman were so high pressure, greasy, rude and did not care for us at all and used all the sales tactics and were so cheesy! I'm not going to stoop to their level and mention the names, but one rhymes with "Retro Ford" and the other one "Varse city Chrysler"...so scummy! We also tried to see if maybe a nice import would be good, but they lacked what we were looking for, but at least the salesman were decent. Willing to give Dodge™ one more try we thought we would head into Airdrie Dodge since we were driving through town anyway. When we pulled into the parking lot it was difficult to find a parking spot, so we kind of thought "great, it's already not starting out too good!" And then Steve walked out...we should have turned around and left right there! Not because of the reasons your thinking, but because he sold us a vehicle not just any vehicle, but the one we wanted...Dodge Durango R/T. We didn't have any faith or trust in salesman, but Steve did a good job making us feel comfortable and was up front and honest. My only disappointment was (I agree with adingwalls's review on page 7 of Steve Parsons reviews binder) that I feel that they "low balled" our trade-in value, but with that being said we are very happy with our purchase. Great Service, Prompt, Friendly, Explained everything! So I reluctantly decided to trade in my 2015 challenger in order to downsize and save money. He was respectful of my wishes to downsize and took note of everything that i was looking for in a car. Not even 2 days later i was in looking at cars and before the week was out i drove away with a 2016 Dodge dart gt. The deal Chad was able to give me was incredible and too good to pass up. I felt my business was valued and that my satisfaction came first!. After the vehicle was picked and the papers were to be signed, i met with Luq Mirza, He went through all the paperwork VERY thoroughly and was able to help me understand where each number came from and how the banks would deal with the financing. All in all, this was a great car buying experience that really helped me get over having to downsize!! I would definitely recommend this dealership and the employees that helped me with my purchase to friends and family!. More
