Going in, i had a very poor experience with the last dealership i visited (the one i bought my challenger with). Right away TG greeted me and we got all set up to look at cars. He was respectful of my wishes to downsize and took note of everything that i was looking for in a car. Not even 2 days later i was in looking at cars and before the week was out i drove away with a 2016 Dodge dart gt. The deal Chad was able to give me was incredible and too good to pass up. I felt my business was valued and that my satisfaction came first!. After the vehicle was picked and the papers were to be signed, i met with Luq Mirza, He went through all the paperwork VERY thoroughly and was able to help me understand where each number came from and how the banks would deal with the financing. All in all, this was a great car buying experience that really helped me get over having to downsize!! I would definitely recommend this dealership and the employees that helped me with my purchase to friends and family!. More

After a short discussion about what we were looking for, he quickly showed us the vehicles on the lot that might fit the criteria. He could tell we weren't really interested in any and remembered that they had just received one that might work for us. This vehicle was getting a new windshield so he took the time to go over the ad with us before running a few businesses over to transport it back. TG was right, the vehicle was excellent for us and we ended up buying it. An inpection was done and the service department replaced the tires and brakes before we took it home. TG in sales and Chris in financing were great. After a month we had noticed a few mechanical issues with the vehicle. I contacted Al in sales to discuss and once the issues were found, they took care of it for us. Overall, TG was great to work with and very attentive before and after the sale. We would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a used vehicle. More
