There was never any pressure, there were no frills or hidden fees or even any silly up selling. The team was very forward and everything was kept above board. After meeting with Steve Parsons, he explained all the components I was interested in, gave me the time I needed to look it over and answered all my questions. He presented us with several options, at our request and took the time to clearly explain the extended warranty and options packages. We had to wait a couple days to get everything we needed and Steve provided his contact information so we could contact him if we had more questions. I have a kind of “your job is to take my money and my job is to keep it” mentality. Combine this with the fact that this is not my first rodeo when purchasing a car. That being said, I would say Steve did a fantastic job selling me our 2016 Jeep Cherokee. I am a firm believer that customer service in Alberta died a hideous death many years ago; well Steve certainly changed my opinion. He went above and beyond when selling us our car and kept us in our budget. I would highly recommend/trust him and will be using him for our kids (16 and 17) when they are ready to take their first leap into a car market. More
