Service reps are very knowledgeable and keep you up to date on the progress of the vehicle throughout the day. I put on a lot of kms in a month and need a reliable vehicle. If they are doing a simple oil change, they will take a quick look through the vehicle and let me know of any potential problems, which could potentially cause a me problems on the road. And if serious enough will fix it before it becomes a headache for me on the road! More

I have been attempting to assistance from 3 different Chrysler/Dodge dealerships to get my truck assessed and repaired for about the last year due to a variety of warranty issues. I was contemplating selling the truck and going with competitor's vehicle, when I met Amanda at Airdrie Dodge. She has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, looking after every issue that I have come across with this truck. She has proceeded to go over the top to make my truck just like it is new every time I take it to her. Amanda is the the easiest person to deal with. She knows exactly what she's talking about. I live and work in southeast Calgary and make the drive out to Airdrie just to have the pleasure of dealing with Amanda. I would like to thank both her and the Airdrie Dealership for doing what those other dealerships had absolutely no interest in assisting me or repairing the issues with the vehicle they had sold me.
