Service reps are very knowledgeable and keep you up to date on the progress of the vehicle throughout the day. I put on a lot of kms in a month and need a reliable vehicle. If they are doing a simple oil change, they will take a quick look through the vehicle and let me know of any potential problems, which could potentially cause a me problems on the road. And if serious enough will fix it before it becomes a headache for me on the road! More

Customer Earned I've had my current vehicle for just over 2 years. I have been attempting to assistance from 3 different Chrysler/Dodge dealerships to get my truck assessed and repaired for about the last year due to a variety of warranty issues. I was contemplating selling the truck and going with competitor's vehicle, when I met Amanda at Airdrie Dodge. She has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, looking after every issue that I have come across with this truck. She has proceeded to go over the top to make my truck just like it is new every time I take it to her. Amanda is the the easiest person to deal with. She knows exactly what she's talking about. I live and work in southeast Calgary and make the drive out to Airdrie just to have the pleasure of dealing with Amanda.
