The incredible staff at Addison immediately took all of the fleet's V.I.N. numbers and gave me back a clear and concise report of what each vehicle would require, and immediately started booking them in and getting them done at around 3 or more a day despite being a very busy full service dealership. The dedicated staff at Addington took care of everything from arranging shuttles, to notifying me immediately when each vehicle was finished, to explaining to me the entire breakdown of each truck's repairs so that I was clear on what was done, with no uncertainty whatsoever. The Addington staff took my concerns seriously, and provided me with the timely solutions that either met or exceeded my expectations. Special mention to the following individuals as their amazing personalities, and customer service stood out over and above what anyone would expect for customer service. These 4 individuals took my customer experience to the next level, and were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
