I was met with respect, courtesy, knowledge and most of all, no undue pressure. It was a pleasure to deal with someone so patient, caring and tireless. Andrei. took the time and trouble to guide me through the technology that mystifies me and work through any problems I had with the digital world . I've already recommended him to an acquaintance who is considering a new car and I will offer his name again if the topic arises.
