Cellphone usage I have my acura tsx serviced here for awhile now, the dealership has outstanding service usually but employees outside of sales have there cell phones I have my acura tsx serviced here for awhile now, the dealership has outstanding service usually but employees outside of sales have there cell phones glued to there hands. I understand when a salesman needs to make and recieve calls but alot of people who sit in the dealerships are constantly using there phone and makes me wonder if they are fully focused and leaving no room for error. Ive had tires not topped up, no valve caps, missing wheel lock key previously.. I truly believe too many people are focused on whats going on in there personal life. Whatever happen to the no cell phone policy? More

I've had very positive experiences with this dealership over the past four years. I'm treated with friendliness and professionalism at all times. Carmen was very quick to respond to my request for information and pricing on the 2016 RDX. Omar and Jon were very helpful in arranging everything, including dealing with the insurance company. Omar walked me through everything when I picked up my car. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. The service department is very helpful and friendly also. I'd definitely recommend them. More

Walking into Acura of Oakville, we were greeted and assisted by Jon Zormann. Jon was attentive, without being overbearing, respectful and very knowledgeable about Acura products. Most of all, he was very patient as we asked many questions! We also found that this was true of the other staff. Overall, our experience was very refreshing as we appreciated shopping for a luxury car without the pretentious attitude.
