The staff doesn’t make you feel comfortable. They always give you that “we’re busy” attitude. Adam in part’s (in particular) shouldn’t be customer facing AT ALL!!! One thing I've noticed about Acura of Oakville is that they don't seem to have a high turnover rate of staff like other dealerships. I know that Carmen must be a good leader and that his team enjoys working there as many of them have been around since I got my first vehicle. I drive from Toronto to support this amazing dealership. Fast forward to 2022 and we decided to try again. We happened to click on a pic of an RDX at Oakville Acura. We contacted Nick Alves I believe on Tuesday went to see the car on Thursday and drove it home on Saturday. The whole experience was so different and great we were actually in shock. To shorten the story Nick was fantastic, the dealership was great and if the need should arise we will go back.
