After having a Tire Blowout on a rear tire on my RDX due to a road conditions I requested the tow truck driver to take it to Barrie. Acura . When this was done the Customer Service Rep . Had a worrisome noise when applying the brakes on our MDX. We have all our service work done at Acura of Barrie and no surprise, they didn’t disappoint this time. I took my vehicle in for regular service. Making the appointment was easy and was able to get the day and time that best worked for me. The Service person was very friendly and professional. He walked me through the service to be performed, the cost and the time it would take. They offered to drive me to a location of my choosing or wait in their location which was very clean and comfortable with lots of different drinks available. The service was performed in the time they told me it would be and my car came out nice and clean with the end of service car wash. I live an hour away but it's worth the drive. More
