New Lease of RDX We have had an Acura for the past 10 years and throughly enjoyed the driving experience these vehicles offer. We had leased a Acura RDX 2017 through the Acura Centre of Saskatoon 4 years ago. When it came time to purchase the vehicle or sign a new lease Alf was so helpful. He connected with us a few months prior to our lease being up to discuss our options. We took our time to decide and Alf continued to check in and ensure that we had all the information we required to make an informed decision. However at no point did he pressure us during this time. When we couldn't make a decision in April Alf told us about the ability to extend our lease by 3 months (which we took him up on given the COVID situation). When a particularly good offer arose Alf reached out and facilitated the New lease actually enabling us to move up two trim packages. All in all I would highly recommend working with Alf. He is a great gentleman who is very knowledgable and respectful. We appreciated his supportive nature while enabling us what worked best for our family. Five stars all around! More

He was thorough in going over the two cars I had selected to look at and explained the differences well. The deal was made quite quickly and I was satisfied with it. What was a little troublesome was the time it took to get it all done after I committed to the deal. This comment is reflective of the overall experience of the dealership, not Mitch. I am not sure why this took so long but Mitch kept a lookout on me and kept inquiring if I was ok or needed anything even offering to go pick me up something to eat. I arrived at 10:05 but wasn’t done until 5pm. Then waited until 7:10 to leave as I decided to get some protection work done on the vehicle and had to wait for it to dry properly. So just a very long day. For my wait on the protection to dry the sitting room chairs were comfortable, they have a coffee machine, a tv and recharging stations for cel phones. Mitch continued to make sure I was comfortable and stayed until my vehicle was ready and I was off with my new vehicle. More

Amazing Service! I always get wonderful service at Acura Centre, but this week when it was -40 my MDX wouldn't start, and roadside assistance was going to take hours, I always get wonderful service at Acura Centre, but this week when it was -40 my MDX wouldn't start, and roadside assistance was going to take hours, I called Acura Centre and George came over right away to help me boost my car, then called service to get my vehicle in that day and arranged a loaner for me to drive. That kind of service goes way above!! I always get great service from Suyu and James is always helpful and is very committed to making sure you leave happy! I would highly recommend Acura Centre to anyone!! More
