Bought a 2014 Charger that makes noise and pulls to the right. I have been treated very unprofessionally. They sent me home with winter rims and tires that don't fit. Very disrespectful when trying to get vehicle working properly, they make you feel bad. It's not recommended you go there!!!! More

I was in need of a vehicle ASAP. Credit was terrible, as I just went through a bankruptcy. Then I was driving by 5 Star Dealers on Dundas feeling xxxxty and thought I would pull in and check it out. I was greeted right away and introduced to Mr. Steve Plummer. He is a calm, kind, respectful man who works quickly and efficiently. He accommodated my work schedule and set me up with few test drives when possible. He showed his poise and patience after me changing my mind from a SUV to a truck at last minute. He already been working on me getting approved for that SUV and had things good to go. I’m so happy I decided on a beautiful truck with affordable payments that I pick up this Friday! I’m So grateful that 5 Star Dealers was able to help me out and working with their employees like” Steve Plummer” there is no surprise their business is expanding and the whole experience was really quit pleasureable. 5 star dealer ship in london . . is a joke .. we bought a van about 8 months ago and have had to take in back in 6 times and still things wrong .. the head mechanic Corbin is extrem . is a joke .. we bought a van about 8 months ago and have had to take in back in 6 times and still things wrong .. the head mechanic Corbin is extreme dismissive to females and never wants to do the work needed had an appt for 11am in london was told i would have to wait for the 3 hours before the van would never get on the lift and another 1.5hrs for the brakes to be fixed .. this has been in a issue since be bought the van and was told id be paying for it .. almost 5 hrs to get brakes done is ridiculous.. and the dealership can never get things straight.. I would not recommend buying here if you have a choice go somewhere else with better business ethics More

I am a car dealer in Nova Scotia and found a truck on 5 star website that our customer was looking to buy. Both myself and my sales manager had dealt with Alex about buying this truck for our customer. We star website that our customer was looking to buy. We agreed to pay the full asking price for the truck, we were then advised to send a $500 etransfer as we were told they would not take a credit card. This was the first thing that seemed strange and had me thinking that something funny was going on with the transaction. I went ahead and sent the $500 etransfer and requested a bill of sale be sent to us, we received the bill of sale and it did not have my $500 deposit listed. This again seemed very odd, I repeatedly requested it come off the bottom line and still have not got a proper bill of sale. I called Alex and he said that's the way they do things and he would send a separate receipt for the $500, which we have never received. I then advised Alex that I would be sending a certified check with the 500 deducted by courier and once the check was received I would send a truck to ship the truck to Nova Scotia. We confirmed they had our check a few days later and we arranged to have our shipping company pickup a few days later. The shipping company arrived and we were given the runaround that my bank was holding the funds from our CERTIFIED CHECK. After many calls to the bank and to 5 stars bank they agreed to release the truck. The truck arrived at our service department a few days later, then to discover the transmission is gone in the truck and it's a $4,000 plus cost to repair. We then sent the truck to a transmission shop for a second opinion and they determined the fluids had all been just replaced likely try and cover up the transmission issue. We have contacted Alex and he basically ignored us and said the truck had been looked at in February and said nothing wrong with the transmission. I would be very cautious in dealing with this company, a 1 STAR is too high of a review. More
We have attempted to receive Help from this dealer directly, from OMVIC and from BBB. We purchased a truck from this dealer and immediately upon receiving it from delivery, we inspected it and took i directly, from OMVIC and from BBB. We purchased a truck from this dealer and immediately upon receiving it from delivery, we inspected it and took it to a 3rd party National transmission repair shop. $4832 later the transmission repaired. This was discovered the day we received the truck. They knowingly sold a vehicle with a bad transmission and hoped we would discover it because we were out of town. It is obvious they knew as when we called the shop where they took it - the service advisor told us they had it in to to diagnosis. This is the kind of car business that gives the industry a bad name. There are lots of honest car dealers out there. Pick a different one. More

No very happy right now with 5 star right now from day one always got a different person never the same person to much to say but would not buy again from 5 star the day we went them we had to wait for th one always got a different person never the same person to much to say but would not buy again from 5 star the day we went them we had to wait for the person to the car about half an hour for them to bring it .Went got in to take it for a test drive it was almost out of gas all lights were on on the dash .We never got the vehicle until 1 week later because the guy we gave our inform to misplaced the papers . i could say more but very frustrated right now More
