Brian and this dealership is what we all hope for when we go to purchase a new auto. We entered the dealership to shop for a new car with very little knowledge of the Kia product. We were greeted by Brian as we began our experience on the sales floor. We explained we were looking to purchase a new vehicle but were not sure just what yet and we were comparing Kia to other models on the market from competitors. He was informative and helpful in giving us the knowledge to properly compare and make an informative decision on which auto to buy. After getting a tour of the sales floor and explanation of the different cars from Brian we decided to test drive the new 2014 Kia Rondo. This test drive allowed us to get a feeling of how the car handles on both city and highway driving. Brian answered all of our questions and made us feel like well informed consumers. He proceeded to give us a tour of the whole dealership and explained what to expect for support from them. After comparing other models from competitors we decided on purchasing the 2014 Kia Rondo. We were treated very well by all staff in the whole purchase process. We want to thank Sam and Linden in their help with the negotiations and financing for our new car. They were professional and friendly and made us feel comfortable with our decision to purchase. With Brian we cannot thank him enough with his help and all he did in making this new car purchase a great experience for the whole family. He answered all of our questions as well as our children's and made them feel like they part of the purchase process as well. Last week we went to Kia Dealership at Queensway. Coming in we didn’t really know what to expect since we’re first time buyers. Brian guided us every step of the way showing us different options available. He was very easy to get a hold of when we have questions. Also has the initiative to call us whenever there were updates about the car we wanted. The transaction went very smoothly and a delightful experience for me and my fiancé. We were a happy and satisfied client indeed with a fine looking Kia Optima. Definitely recommending Brian Izdebski to our family and friends! Thanks again Brian! More

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Right from the start and now they can't even book the free oil changes. How convenient for them. Do not buy from here. No paperwork given to us, the car had issues and it took several times to get it sorted out, no one calls back, no one helps when I call or go in. Terrible dealership and poor professionalism. More

It was a 'no-brainer' that I would go back to him when I bought a Forte over three years ago from Rocky and had a great sales experience with him. It was a 'no-brainer' that I would go back to him when I was looking to move up to an Optima. During that 3 1/2 years, when I would bring my car in for its regular servicing, Rocky would always come over and chat, ask how things were going, how I was liking the car, etc.. When I walked into the dealership to purchase my Optima, Rocky provided the same professional, friendly, no pressure salesmanship that I experienced over 3 years ago. In this day and age it seems service has gone out the window, so it is refreshing to actually feel like you are a customer and they want your continued patronage. Rocky got me a great deal on my new purchase and it seemed like it was concluded with a minimum of time and paperwork. I'm loving my new car, and the experience was as good as a big ticket purchase like this can be. I would have no problem recommending Rocky to anyone looking to purchase a new car. Thanks again Rocky for making my second car purchase just as good as my first. More
Be very carefull!!...these are crooks, very friendly when you go in but will not acknowledge you after they've taken your money. I bought I car that was supposed to be e-tested and certified, well after i h you go in but will not acknowledge you after they've taken your money. I bought I car that was supposed to be e-tested and certified, well after i had it for two days the engine light came on and a big piece of plastic came of in two parts from underneath when I was on the highway. The cigarette ligther was also not working!....took it to the mechanic and guess what?...there is a gas leak, that is why the engine light came on!...The emision test and certification of course where bogus because this car was certainly not safe to be on the road... When I called them was told that oh, by the way we undercharged you by $500 ??? I had given them two payments, a deposit of $500 and the remainder between my credit card and savings account when I picked up the car which I paid with debit, I did't even know what they had charged as I was so excited I was getting my car! Any how once I told them about the issues with the car they played stupid, saying that I should be greatfull because they gave me new tires?....I went in to pay the supposed $500 owing and again they ignored the fact that the car is not fit and needs to be fixed, I can not deal with them, am now having OMVIC deal with them and hopefully they get a big fine for being such crooks. More

(e.g. I had to prepare some extra document for my insurance, Rocky prepared the paper for me no problem; this was even after the purchase so it is not like he is being nice to me to sell). 4. Most importantly, he is a nice person. He was also very patient with me. I would really recommend Rocky if you are looking for a fair/nice/honest dealer. More
