They do what they say they will do We contacted Uy (Wii) first by phone, telling him what we were looking for, that we had a trade and that we were serious about buying. Wii promised f We contacted Uy (Wii) first by phone, telling him what we were looking for, that we had a trade and that we were serious about buying. Wii promised first to confirm that they had our vehicle on the lot and call me right back. He did. Then again by phone, we discussed price. He spoke to his Manager and confirmed that if we were satisfied with the car on the lot and they were satisfied with our trade, a deal was possible. We drove to the dealership later that same day and after inspections on both sides, we inked the deal. No further haggling, no wasting of anyone's time. Just a clear straight deal. We were out of there 1 hour later, papers signed. One of the best car buying experiences we've had. Highly recommend More

Don't tell him you're not buying today! I arrived to look at a new truck, after standing at the unattended front desk in the showroom for over 5 minutes I was finally approached by Jad. At f I arrived to look at a new truck, after standing at the unattended front desk in the showroom for over 5 minutes I was finally approached by Jad. At first he seemed nice but then the whole sales pitch started. He wanted to know about my trade-in before he even showed me or talked about the vehicle I was interested in. I had no intention of buying today and I didn't bring the family car I was trading in anyhow. He did eventually bring a truck to the front for me to see and his lack of knowledge of the vehicle was immediately apparent. I knew more about the truck from a 5 minute visit to the website than he did. He didn't even know the difference between the heavy duty XD and the standard pickup. He mentioned a test drive before he got the truck but never offered me a chance to drive it. His parting words were, bring in your trade-in next week and I'll get you a good price for it before quickly shuffling me out the door so he could grab the next customer in the showroom. More
