Finance lady was brutal. Brand new car and it wasn’t detailed properly, including a white spot on steering wheel when I picked it up. Sales rep says it’s just a bit of touch-up paint, scrapes it off with his nail then licks his thumb to rub off the rest! Seriously? They lost a potential customer. Won’t go there for service, and won’t be buying my next car there. Finance lady not listed as employee, I guess she’s moved on! Sales rep was good during the sales process but did not properly inspect car before delivery and he never followed up with me since I bought almost 6 months ago. More

Disappointing We bought our Rogue back in March 2017 and receive good service from the Sales Department, finances team also. Unfortunately, we've been having some on-going issues with our vehicle. All repairs have been covered under warranty but I don't wish any new owner of a Nissan to come 5 times and spend more than 15 hours at the Service Center within the first 5 months of having their new car. I don't believe that is a normal standard for Nissan. Nissan Canada is not taking ownership of anything happening to our vehicle. They are telling us to deal with your dealership. After escalating this situation to the General Manager of 417 Nissan, M. Edwards told us that he appreciated our continuous business and he understand where Nissan Canada comes from. Our small family of 4 don't feel too comfortable as a new client of our first Nissan vehicle having experienced all this. We have not received any apologies and my small request has been replied by thanking me for this information and that support and continuous business is appreciated. More
