We purchased our third vehicle from this location. Our experience with the maintenance and sales team has been nothing short of excellent for all vehicles. They are the reason we kept going back. Unfortunately, this time our experience has been sour due to the finance and business management team. We requested a roof rack for installation. The decision on the vehicle and pick up was over a week. When we arrived it was not installed. The roof rack was only coordinated by directly talking to the service manager despite promises and follow ups with the business team. Furthermore on the day of pick up, the finance manager was overwhelmed. Our insurance company stayed late and could not get a hold of him by phone or email during the day. The larger issue that an overpayment occurred on our old vehicle. We are awaiting reimbursement for several hundred dollars. Despite repeated phone calls, emails, and visits, no clear time line has been given except the next couple of days. The business team is understaffed and overworked, but waiting several weeks for a cheque that was the result of processing issues with Nissan should not be the fault of the customer. Further, the manager has explained the challenges of staff, but cannot offer timelines, extremely illusive which creates more uncertainty around why there is few weeks delay with our remittance. Happy to take you money, very hard to pin down on follow ups or to return anything they may owe to you. More

I went in to see if I could trade in my vehicle for a newer model knowing the chances would be 50/50 as i didn't have much equity in my vehicle. They gave me a price on my trade and I chose a vehicle I w newer model knowing the chances would be 50/50 as i didn't have much equity in my vehicle. They gave me a price on my trade and I chose a vehicle I was comfortable with. I was told I would be contacted the next day. 3 days passed without a peep from anyone. I returned to get my deposit back and told them I was never contacted to let me know if I was approved or not. Their response to me was that they were busy. In the end I was not approved. I guess it comes down to " money talks " if you want a little respect. I will not be returning. More
