Highly disappointed since i bought a new vehicle till date Highly disappointing experience right from day 1 since purchasing the brand new vehicle from them in 2014 oct. They are always in rush to get a deposi Highly disappointing experience right from day 1 since purchasing the brand new vehicle from them in 2014 oct. They are always in rush to get a deposit even though they dont have the vehicle in their inventory thereby keeping the client on wait for weeks. Their finance managers are highly rude and will try to sell all kinds of add-ons which they dont respect when you actually go for servicing the car. None the less , their service department is a nightmare. you call in to book a service appointment days in advance and list all issues that need to be rectified and the person on call will never tell you that for issue rectification you have to leave the car overnight or may be longer, but when you actually visit for the appointment thats when the service rep will tell you that you have to leave the vehicle over night thereby wasting customer's time since you have to take a days off from work to get the service done. On the top of this if you try to escalate this to service manager, they will keep you waiting for a minimum an hour before even they bother to talk to you. and the solution is that we they cannot do anything. I am sure other dealerships wont be much different from this but this one is worst . More

Excellent customer service I have been to Brampton north Nissan and about to finalize the deal but they are trying to cheat their customers by not telling the truth. By continuing my discussion with Syed and Rahul,about my bad experience with Brampton North (especially with Cameron and Asgar. )They wanted me to visit their place to finalize the deal. They also convinced me that they will take care everything. And They keep their promise by providing the best deal and excellent customer service. When I didn't see my free winter tires in the trunk and I was so upset at that time. However, Rahul called me and he waived installation charges. Purchase of a used 2016 Rogue I came to the dealership with the intention to purchase a used Rogue, and with in a short time I did! I had done the research, knew what I wanted and I came to the dealership with the intention to purchase a used Rogue, and with in a short time I did! I had done the research, knew what I wanted and narrowed down the search to 5 vehicles. The first on the list was gone and I ended up buying the second one. Ivan was great...took time with me, was respectful of my time, took me for a teat drive. Nabeel in finance was also great...overall a really good experience.
