very unhappy 2016 pathfinder leaked oil, they did not do a safety,air pressure on all tires were 7lbs to high,it was dirty with bird poo on the hood they did not w 2016 pathfinder leaked oil, they did not do a safety,air pressure on all tires were 7lbs to high,it was dirty with bird poo on the hood they did not wash it for me, fluids were not toped up air filter was very dirty, nor did they offer to clean the oil stains now on my driveway.lug nuts on the driver side front and rear were not very tight at all, if they had done a safety check like they said they did they would have found how loose they were. Inexperienced Sales Staff and Horrible Customer Service No matter which Nissan vehicle you're looking for, DO not DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. The sales staff are inexperienced and don't know the features an No matter which Nissan vehicle you're looking for, DO not DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. The sales staff are inexperienced and don't know the features and trim levels of their vehicles. Customer service is non existent. Once they get you to leave a deposit for vehicle (even if the vehicle you're looking for is not in stock) and sign the purchase agreement, you're basically ignored. Multiple calls and even going back into the dealership the service was no different. Waited over 2 hours to speak with someone. When my employment changed a few days later, I advised them that I will no longer be able to purchase the vehicle. I was basically told that I have to pick it up, my deposit will not be refunded and that they will call me when the vehicle arrives at the dealership. Basically they couldn't care less if I have a roof over my head or not. As long as I pick up the vehicle that I can't afford. I will never visit this dealership again and purchase elsewhere in the future. More

After I said I do not want get it, they told me I need to pay 10,000 dollars to get out of the deal. Really not recommend this place for anyone interested in buying their first vehicles or second. my experience at your dealership your staff members were quite helpful from Tehseen, Fidel and especially Nabeel Balagamwala ( very knowledgeable gentleman) who made my experience qu your staff members were quite helpful from Tehseen, Fidel and especially Nabeel Balagamwala ( very knowledgeable gentleman) who made my experience quite pleasant, I would have given a perfect score however the scratch on the rear and front end of my vehicle was Not painted over, I did not receive the book which gives you all the details about the vehicle and I did not receive my black card with the Dilawri points.
