A couple of years ago my neighbour pointed out to me that my right brake light was out. A few days later I had my car serviced and the service record showed it had been checked and all was well. Busy shop, my right brake light was out. A few days later I had my car serviced and the service record showed it had been checked and all was well. Busy shop, just a brake light . Next service visit, same thing. Interesting......A third visit a few days ago, same thing again. My wife called and spoke to Jack, the service manager. It quickly became an argument and lots of blame tossed around. All I can say is if I ran a service dept and a customer came to me with this , I'd look into it, unless its a common business practice. In which case arguing and blaming might be the way to go. Still love my Hondas . More

I had an appointment to recharge my air conditioning and found out that it was going be a lot more expensive than what I had planned on spending… I was fairly frustrated since two years prior I had spent a found out that it was going be a lot more expensive than what I had planned on spending… I was fairly frustrated since two years prior I had spent almost $2000 repairing it, but the warrantee was out and there was nothing that could be done. An employee named Jody Potrie was assisting me at the time and doing everything he could to help me, including access my vehicle for free… By the time I left the dealership it had been an hour and a half had gone through my whole air conditioning unit and washed my car. The service that he had provided me with was above and beyond.
