Hello Jeff, I tried reaching out to you to discuss your last visit. After watching the cameras while your vehicle was having its oil change I agree that in you case our inspection fell short and have since spent several hours with our staff training to make sure they are aware of all our process that are in place and that they are to be followed every time. With respect the only part I disagree with is the pricing. The oil industry has changed and what they used to call a semi-synthetic oil can now be called synthetic but it is still a blended oil. The oil we used during your visit is a full synthetic oil, no blend, and is very competitive in price based on phone surveys we do 3 to 4 times a year. Hello Dasun, your went to AMVIC (Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council), a neutral third party arbitrator with your concerns and they determined that your accusations were unfounded and that Capital did nothing wrong. As far as no one getting back to you, our dealer principal just showed me a long email chain that the two of you have had prior to your review, and that's not including the many others that you have spoke with at the dealership before talking with Robbie. I was tricked and misinformed to get a sale done. Sadly this had become normal for this dealership, the employees have been taught that it’s nothing wrong to lie and scam the clients. I was able to find out that this capital Chrysler dealership in Edmonton have multiple complaints filed with AMVIC against them. The whole experience I had with this dealership was a terrible one and till now the management is hiding behind the chairs.
