They are all so nice and helpful I've gone there a few times and they are so helpful and I dont feel like I'm being ripped off. I went somewhere else to get an oil change and the guy I've gone there a few times and they are so helpful and I dont feel like I'm being ripped off. I went somewhere else to get an oil change and the guy tried to tell me I needed new brake pads and rotors front and back and was trying to book me in right away so I took it to Sundance mazda and they told me I still had lots of pad left and my rotors were fine needles to say bit they saved me a lot of money and hassle from a crook. Painless I had Vlad for a sales consultant. He was very efficient and energetic but not pushy. For me, buying a new car is not a fun experience, but this is I had Vlad for a sales consultant. My car arrived before the expected date and was all ready when I came to pick it up. Vlad ran through all the specs and controls and was very knowledgable. The business manager and manager were available when I needed them without to much of a wail. If you want to buy a Mazda, I would recommend Sundance.
