Extremely poor Had an issue with the compressor assembly on Dodge Ram 1500 eco diesel. Had at cdn tire and they were unable to re engage the suspension system as a r Had an issue with the compressor assembly on Dodge Ram 1500 eco diesel. Had at cdn tire and they were unable to re engage the suspension system as a result of the proprietary code that Chrysler won’t release to them.( they threw cdn tire under the bus). Then found out dodge sold cdn tire a faulty compressor assembly and the dealership wouldn’t refund them the money. I then waited over a week to get my truck back and they still didn’t fix it at Columbia dodge. After finally getting the vehicle back I all of a sudden have a new major problem with the truck over heating, no problems for 160,000 kms and then now another huge one In one week after they had it, they work on it blaming it not being serviced, when in fact it was regularity services by Langley Chrysler ( threw them under the bus as well). Then say it’s fixed, I drive it for 1 day, only 1 day to and from work and it over heats. I open the hood and there are parts missing from my engine!!!!! Then they tell me it’s either the head gasket or egr but will cost me 8 hours of labor to just find out why the truck is over heating.Another week in their shop waiting for the part.. I finally get the truck back and AGAIN missing parts from my engine. I call and ask where the parts are and oh it’s beside his desk, and ask me to drive all the way there to get it. Instead they just dropped it off and I had to install it. If there was a -5 they would get a -5, I have photos of the parts not being installed. More
