We had test driven a Mazda back in March but we weren't sure about it and Ken did not pressure us at all. We actually showed up without an appointment that day and Ken happily made time for us to test drive on a very busy day. When we saw the Escape online, we texted Ken about it and he had the car running and warmed up for us for when we got there to see it. Ken goes above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone looking for their next vehicle. In fact, my Dad is thinking about trading-in and will absolutely contact Ken when the time comes. We were not very clear on the vehicle we wanted, so he helped us test drive a few and in the end the choice was clear. All we wanted was a Toyota Sienna. We were pleasantly surprised with JP Motors policy of giving you that piece of mind that, in case you are not happy with the purchase, you can exchange within 30 days. What a relief to know this. Definitely a place to shop for used cars and Ken, definitely an asset for them. More
