Your feedback is appreciated and we apologize for any inconveniences you may have had with your purchase. However, if you had contacted us while you were experiencing the difficulties, we would have been more than happy to help. We would also like to remind you that the vehicle was inspected by the mechanic of your choice. Which means the car was brought outside for him to do his thorough inspection and test drive (which took him over an hour to do) and any issues that he noted in his report were addressed. Also, you had an opportunity to drive the car with your daughter and look it over for any cosmetic issues. So for you to say it is impossible for you to look over the car and test drive is false. We do not expect any of our customers to commit themselves to a purchase without test driving it. Also, you folks inquired about this particular vehicle because of the price point and how it fit the budget that you had. No one forced this vehicle upon you. At the time you acknowledged that the vehicle was high mileage and understood that there may be repairs required to a 2012 vehicle with 156,000 kilometers on it in the future. I would also like to mention that you waived your upgrade options for a better extended warranty through our various warranty providers that would have protected you against some of the issues you described. As for the tires sir, you were working with a fixed budget and insisted on new tires for your daughter’s vehicle. So the agreement that was reached was we split the cost on inexpensive "no brand name " new tires. Out of curiosity, what’s the mileage on the vehicle right now? Like we said earlier, if you had made an attempt to contact us, even if some time had passed since your purchase (June 2016), we would have been able to help curb some costs one way or another. You mentioned that you are 90 minutes away, however the Google maps says you are no more than 40 minutes away from us. You also did not mention in your review that you came to see the vehicle on 2 or 3 different occasions before you decided to finalize the transaction. Please sir, if you are going to leave negative remarks about us and our ethics please make sure there is some validity to the review. We strive on providing our customers with best sales and after sales experience. All that you needed to do was ask for our help and we would have obliged because we do stand behind our products. Hi Hasina Reshamwalla, To begin I would like to say that I am generally a loud person and if you mistook my high energy for yelling, I apologize once again ( as I did in the showroom 2 or 3 times ) Yes, we did talk prior to you coming in and we did discuss budget. You mentioned that you wanted a fully loaded SUV with 4x4 preferably with all the bells and whistles, lowest mileage possible for about 14k. you were told that it would be hard and a more realistic price is closer 16 or 17k. you raised your budget on the phone to 15k. at that point in our phone conversation you mentioned to me that you are a single mother and had beat cancer and this vehicle was a gift to yourself and then I went on to tell you how cancer affected my aunt and how she passed). after a week of going back and forth on the phone, you came into the showroom on Saturday. had a look at the vehicle you were interested in and reminded that you are a single mom on a fixed budget and this a victory car for you ( a few times ). I feel that you tried using this as a guilt trip on me so you can get a better deal. After feeling guilty I told you that I would see if I can take additional 500$ off the already reduced sticker price but I need to talk to the owner. then I came back and said that 500$ is not doable but I can 250$ off meet half way. At this point you mention to me the whole single mother thing and you are a survivor and the difference is 1300$ not a few hundred bucks then I said ' I don't think this is the car for you, we can't reach a deal, sorry'. you acknowledged and walked away. In closing, I would like to mention that I am a father ( 2 young daughters ) and I would never put a child in a compromising situation. again sorry if you feel I did not provide you the best customer service. Hello krazykk4, Thank you for your review and it is quite unfortunate that you have come across this concern with your vehicle. It would be nice to know what car this is or what your name is. We could help you! We try to provide great service and great cars to all our customers. In lieu of leaving the review (On 4 different websites) it would have been nice if you gave us a call and opportunity to rectify the situation. For your information, if we get a vehicle with broken/leaking radiator, we will replace the radiator because replacing it does not cost much ($200 or $300 at the most) and we are not hesitant to spend money for our customer’s convenience. The radiator holds lots of hot water pressure and repairing with adhesives won’t last more than couple of months. If there is anything we can do please do not hesitate to contact us.
