Exceptional Customer Service I feel compelled to say that I am not a person who writes reviews - until today. I was trying NOT to buy another Nissan / Infiniti product. But the exceptional customer service and patience won me back. (Some of the other dealerships were not exactly welcoming - in fact the Mercedes staff were down right rude!) More specifically I would like to single out Andrew Mah and his team. He is incredibly knowledgeable and his relaxed approach was a welcoming change.
