I bought a new 2017 Powerwagon truck. The sales person (Tiffany) was fantastic however the Service Department is terrible. I continued going there because my truck had a Lifetime Engine Program which required me to complete regular maintenance at their shop. They didn't inform me of rust issues. I purchased extra protection rust inhibitor and insurancevwhen I bought it however they never fixed it while my truck was under it's 5 years guarantee. They also take a all day to do an oil change which is super inconvenient when driving in from Chilliwack. They don't have convenience cars available for out of town customers. More

I brought my truck to another Ram Dealership within two days of taking it off the lot and they tol I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. I brought my truck to another Ram Dealership within two days of taking it off the lot and they told me the truck should have never passed a safety inspection. Air suspension was completely blown out and both manifolds had to be replaced. Never buy from this dealership, their disregard for quality anssurance and safety is disgusting. More
I can't describe my dissatisfaction with this dealership. First of all, I took my convertible there because the back windows weren't closing at the time of purchase, and they promised they would fix it. It took three visits and only getting a loaner for one of the visits to get it fixed. Less than a month into ownership, the car started leaking coolant, which for an inspected car is unacceptable, and the reason was a bad water pump, which would easily be identifiable by the mechanics there. The car had a low tire pressure warning. I took it in to get the leak fixed, and they said the tire blew up, so they offered to change that for free and I would pay for the other one. Guess how much it cost? 530 dollars for a Pirelli P Zero Nero, and the same tire with the same size is 253 dollars at Kaltire. I didn't know this at the time of speaking with them, so basically, I paid for both. The service department will scam you; never ever trust them It took three tries for them to fix a window. I would never recommend anyone go here. Please stay away from this dealership, especially their service department. After my first service, a part of my roof went missing, and no one took responsibility for it. If I could, I would give them a 0 star rating. The experience of buying the car was okay, and they fixed some of my issues, but the service department is an absolute pain. Do not and I repeat do not let their service department scam you out of your hard earned money. Never buy tires from them never! Also, don't buy extended warranties from them; they charge way too much Just buy one aftermarket. More

Between Abhay Dhir, Larry Zhao and Phong Nguyen, I finally got my first truck. Luke and Prab are amazing. I was at Go Dodge in surrey 14 days ago and they couldn't get me into the truck I wanted, then Luke text me and stated he could sweeten the deal. Experience during purchase was friendly but high pressure by managers. Thought to bring my service here as it’s closer to where I live. Service after 2 most recent appointments gets a poor rating. The first experience had the service department wanting to charge me for a long list of inspections, which by the way are included in other service centers and/or are much cheaper. My most recent experience was required to have a factory recall for a grill. I was told it needed replacing and repair. Only after a 2 hour appointment to find out it was a cold weather bib for the truck when weather is cold. The recall was only for a bib as I find out later, no repairs or inspections to truck required. Won’t be returning as they wasted my time and seem to only want to charge you for unnecessary service work. More

This is a worst dealership where everyone is nice to you only until your loan is approved. They charged me extra of 4300 dollars for services i never asked for or they discussed with me. Always make sure that they hand over your paperwork before you leave because it has some fishy charges hidden there. I had to ask for my paperwork for straight 1 week and then they gave me all the photocopies. When i finally got time to read it i was shocked seeing these extra charges which they never discussed with me. Please don’t go on their smily faces they are all working for commissions and for themselves not for us. I brought a 2016 Honda civic with mileage of 63k and final deal price was 25100 but they financed me around $33k and always ask for your finance rates, mine is 8% they never tell you this so its your hard earn money don’t waste it. For 33k i could have brought a brand new car. I made a mistake so i am posting this don’t become fool like me. More
