My experience with the sales team at Heritage Honda has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. From the outset, there were promises made that were not fulfilled, leading to a significant lack of trust in their professionalism and integrity.
On January 24, 2024, I began discussions with a sales executive regarding a new car purchase. Assurances were given about the feasibility of financing within a two-day period, prompting me to make a deposit to secure the vehicle. However, despite this commitment, I received no communication regarding the status of my application or the details of the vehicle.
Upon following up in person on February 15, 2024, I discovered that there had been difficulties in communication and that the interest rate offered was higher than initially promised. This lack of transparency and the sudden discrepancy in pricing caused considerable stress and disappointment.
Despite my decision not to proceed with the purchase, attempts to withdraw and request a refund of my deposit were met with silence. The lack of responsiveness from the finance department added to my frustrations.
Subsequent promises made by the sales manager to rectify the situation and provide the vehicle by March 7th were also not fulfilled. Instead, I endured further delays and uncertainty, finally receiving the car on March 20th, long after the promised date.
Throughout this ordeal, Heritage Honda failed to deliver on their promises and left me feeling disregarded as a customer. The lack of accountability and follow-through is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against trusting this dealership for any future purchases.
In conclusion, my experience with Heritage Honda has been one of disappointment, frustration, and a lack of professionalism. I cannot recommend this dealership to any potential buyers, as their handling of my inquiries and promises fell far short of expectations.
