Working with these people this past month has been ridiculous. We were over an hour away from home when our Rav’s dash lit up with warnings and wouldn’t let us go faster than 70mph. So we called Corwi ridiculous. We were over an hour away from home when our Rav’s dash lit up with warnings and wouldn’t let us go faster than 70mph. So we called Corwin, brought it in and they called back to say they have no clue what these codes mean. Say what now? You’re going to have us keep a vehicle with codes that you don’t know what they are and are not going to fix? This is a lease, Corwin still owns the vehicle. We wanted to trade in for a different vehicle with them, hoping they would understand we need a reliable vehicle for interstate driving on the weekends. We are stuck with this vehicle and/or all the payments left on the lease when yet they can’t and won’t fix these codes! Unbelievable. We will never be doing business with Corwin ever again. More

Bought a barely 3 year old Cadillac the middle of April Bought a barely 3 year old Cadillac the middle of April 2020. Was a pretty quick in and out deal. First off no one assisted me in the parking lot, so Bought a barely 3 year old Cadillac the middle of April 2020. Was a pretty quick in and out deal. First off no one assisted me in the parking lot, so I had to go in and ask for help. 1st had to stop and put gas in the thing before my hour long drive back home. Halfway home my check engine light came on and had to have my hometown Cadillac dealer come and pick it up. Had to have the rear differential replaced. Then had to replace all the tires as they only replaced two in an AWD vehicle. Got it back a week later and check engine light came on again. Had to have another repair with the awd system. Got it back and check engine light came on for a 3rd time for a bad sensor 2 weeks later. Thank god for the factory warranty. Covered the repairs and numerous loaner vehicles. Contacted Corwin by email and voicemails numerous times after Rydells told me they should’ve noticed the differential leak when they did the inspection before selling it. Never got an email or voicemail returned! Did get an email though on my experience with them though. Hahaha More

After our purchase I have reached out multiple times for different issues and either been ignored or pushed off. This was my second Corwin purchase and I don't think there will be a third. More

Easy to work with Wife and I went in on a Saturday at noon(with a 4 year old). Zwannah met us with a smile I showed him the 4 cars we were interested in (all Camry's) H Wife and I went in on a Saturday at noon(with a 4 year old). Zwannah met us with a smile I showed him the 4 cars we were interested in (all Camry's) He grabbed 2 of them within 10 mins let the wife test drive both gave us a good trade-in, and confidently walked us though the whole process we left about 3 1/2 hours latter with a new 2019 Camry. More

This is rare in car sales, respecting your financial boundaries. We did not make a decision the first time out testing cars with him and he did not show any disappointment or frustration that we were not buying that day which shows much respect and integrity. THIS is why we wanted to work with him when we came back and did buy a few days later! Thanks Zwannah! More

A Decent Experience The only negative I have with my experience was the guy in charge of handling our paperwork was very pushy in getting me to try and pay for the "add-o The only negative I have with my experience was the guy in charge of handling our paperwork was very pushy in getting me to try and pay for the "add-on" items (extended warranties, prepaid maintenance, etc.) and was adamant I needed to finance the car (I was paying cash). Every step of the way when I declined the service being offered it was met with a standoff-like reply and I felt my entire time was spent justifying my personal beliefs. Aside from him, I was very pleased with the sales staff. Zwannah was the employee that took us on the test drive and Nick was the salesman that ended up making the sale a week later. Both were extremely friendly and not once did I feel pressured by them. More
