Bumper repair I dropped my car off on a Monday and was told it would take 3 days to fix bumper. 3 days went by and never received a courtesy call from dealer until I dropped my car off on a Monday and was told it would take 3 days to fix bumper. 3 days went by and never received a courtesy call from dealer until the fallowing week by my insurance company. I had to call them and was told until Thursday. 2 weeks, when it should have only took 3 days Max. More

Great Service Came in without an appointment to service my brakes. Luckily I was able to sneak in to get service. Appointments are highly recommended. I was greated by all of the service writers and the service manager. They thoroughly explained what service I was getting and the cost. The service writers and service manager a very knowledgeable and can answer most questions that may arise. Highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here. More

Disappointed When I took my car for an oil change they wrecked something on it and had to get a replacement part. Then they called me to schedule another appointme When I took my car for an oil change they wrecked something on it and had to get a replacement part. Then they called me to schedule another appointment and they fixed what they wrecked. No apology. No coupon. Nothing. It was so rude. I was the one who was inconvenienced. They should have given me a free oil change or something. More

Very accommodating and professional staff Drop off was quick and easy, the problem was diagnosed and appears to have been fixed. I did take off 1 star for some cosmetic damage to my steering w Drop off was quick and easy, the problem was diagnosed and appears to have been fixed. I did take off 1 star for some cosmetic damage to my steering wheel, but my service rep Zack was quick to order a new one so it could be replaced free of charge. I will submit another review after that replacement occurs. Update: Steering wheel was replaced free of charge and in a timely manner, overall I've been extremely happy with Racine Honda. More

Took GREAT care of me! I had to bring my Pilot in because I had multiple warning lights on the dash. Upon initial review it was determined that I needed a new catalytic con I had to bring my Pilot in because I had multiple warning lights on the dash. Upon initial review it was determined that I needed a new catalytic converter, but they were unable to determine what was causing the other error code. Once the part arrived, I brought my Pilot back in and they determined the fuel injectors were bad. Everything was covered under warranty, and I had no issues. I also had a coupon for a free mini detail. My car looked AMAZING when I got it back. Being a single mom with 2 s children you can imagine what my car looked like before. They went over and above expectations to get my car fixed and beautifully clean for me! Thank you SO much! More
