Buy on-line from Jannell Ford (Hanover, MA) with peace of mind... We purchased a used van from Jannell Ford online in March this year (2011). We were finishing a 3 year assignment in Germany and we wanted t mind... We purchased a used van from Jannell Ford online in March this year (2011). We were finishing a 3 year assignment in Germany and we wanted to have the car ready when we arrived (June). The price was excellent and it was easy to get phone and on-line service from Jannell. We paid in full via a wire-transfer in March. On picking up the van we did not like some of the features on the car and on driving it - we did not feel completely OK with it. Bill understood our position - he offered some other vehicles to look at, which we did - but in the end, without any issues at all - Bill provided a full refund. We saw the car on Saturday and on Monday we had the check in full. My wife and I appreciate very much the way Bill and Jannell dealt with our situation; they did not put any pressure on us, they simply wanted to give us what we wanted. They were honorable and demonstrated that they are a very customer focused team. I would not hesitate to buy from Jannell on-line in future. Thank you. More

Bill made the purchase of my 2011 Mustang GT a pleasure. He was able to locate the exact car to my specifications that no other dealer could produce, and he did it in a timely fashion. Upon delivering the car, Bill introduced me to Roger, the Service Manager. Roger and I spoke at length about the virtues of the new Mustang GT, and he really instilled in me a sense that he knew what he was doing and I would be in good hands in the unlikely event I needed to have the car serviced for warranty reasons. I recently brought my 2010 Taurus in for service on the one year anniversary of its purchase from Jannell. I continue to be very enthusiastic about the Taurus and have been very satisfied over the past yea one year anniversary of its purchase from Jannell. I continue to be very enthusiastic about the Taurus and have been very satisfied over the past year with the routine maintenance service I've received at Jannell. On this occasion,the service was exceptional. The scheduled maintenance tasks were completed in short order along a with a comprehensive functional inspection. This was followed by a thorough detailling of my car, during which General Manager Bill Roderick personally ensured extra effort of the service staff who virtually eliminated the appearance of a number of body scrapes without the necessicity of a separate and potentially expensive trip to a body shop. The result was a car that looked and performed like it had just come from the showroom floor. And all of this was done in a timely fashion and at a very modest cost. A great job! More

An issue with my headlights was reported to them while still under warrantee. It was a covered item that they could not find the problem. In November 2010, the same problem occurred. My Tbird needed a new still under warrantee. It was a covered item that they could not find the problem. In November 2010, the same problem occurred. My Tbird needed a new headlight switch, $200+, but they would not cover under warrantee. Ford would not help me either. I persisted and with the help of Dealer Rater, was immediately contacted by the GM, Bill Roderick, who gave me a full refund, and met with me personally to discuss the problem. I have so much respect for Jannell Ford now because they went out of their way to help me. They are a great dealer, convenient, friendly, have WiFi and will give me a ride home and back! More

My overall experience with the dealership was extremely positive. The people I dealt with were informative, friendly and more importantly, patient. I did not experience a lot of pressure to make a purchase and was pleasantly surprised with how easy the process was. More

My boyfriend's family has been going to Jannell Ford for years and recommended them to me. I first bought a used car from Jannell seven years ago and had an overall positive experience. I recently decided it was time to replace that vehicle and wanted to return to them. My boyfriend's father had recently done business with Richard Darr and advised me to ask for him. Richard was great. Helpful, professional, honest, no pressure. He really went the extra mile (with the help of General Manager Bill Rodrick) to meet my needs and get me into a car I wanted at a price I could afford. I then sat down with Kathy the finance manager to discuss payments, warranties, etc. She was exceptionally nice and made me feel at ease. She explained everything fully and was patient and understanding. It helped make a stressful process a much more relaxed one. I have had credit issues in the past but she was still able to get me approved at a reasonable rate. I went back a week later to get my registration and inspection sticker and was seen immediately and taken care of in a professional and helpful manner. I would definitely recommend Jannell Ford to others. They are a great team of people who seem to genuinely care about their customers and treat them with respect and honesty. I am very happy with my car and have Jannell to thank for it. More
