Also chrome molding sticking out just enough for carwash to rip out of bumper . Really bad for a 2021 accord that I gave them $41,600 for. Brought to their attention before 24 hours of picking it up. They refused to fix it !!!! William might have saved a few hundred in repair but cost Bell Honda $100,000 in future sales with friends and family. More

Great dealership and a pleasant experience. Let's be honest. Every dealership is the same. They have cars, you need a car and they want to sell you the car. I recently bought a very nice used car from them. From the beginning to end, their professionalism, customer care and attitudes were impressive and much appreciated. Buying a car is no easy process and we (the customer) are always afraid of getting strong armed and pressured. Bell Honda is not like that at all. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Chandler. Chandler simply asked how he could help me out that day. I told him here was the deal, "I have a trade-in, I cant put much down, and this is the monthly payment I can afford." He said no problem and took me right to the car I came into look at. He let me in and let me just look at the car. No fake knowledge, or "Oh you are gonna love this" speech. He asked simple, intuitive questions about my interests in the car and where I felt comfortable with payments. After looking at it for awhile, I asked him whats the next step. He said we'll take a look at your trade in and well take the new one for a test drive. After we came back from the test drive we sat down and talked some numbers. Chandler was a great salesman, meaning he was honest and wanted to make me feel comfortable. With no fault of his own, I simply just could not afford it and was ready to leave. Chandler had his manager Will (William) explained my situation out financially a bit more. We even wrote out my entire budget to make sure I would be alright. After a lot of number crunching and offers for the trade-in, I was happy with what they offered and rang that big bell (which is what you do when you purchase a vehicle). The next step was to see Roy and finalize all the paperwork and financing. What Roy was able to do next with a warranty program and recognizing me being a veteran, was truly remarkable and very much appreciated. Overall, I spent the whole day here (about 8 hours). This included me pondering for over 3 hours to make a decision, but it was an important one. If you are looking for a car, and especially if you are a veteran, go in to Bell Honda and ask to see Chandler and have Will and Roy help you get into the car that you want. Thank you all again! I will recommend others to go to Bell Honda. More

New Car Purchasing Experience After having a bad experience with Showcase Honda's financing department I came to Bell Honda in hopes of a better experience. I shared my poor ex After having a bad experience with Showcase Honda's financing department I came to Bell Honda in hopes of a better experience. I shared my poor experience with Showcase with James in new sales and the entire process through the test drive seemed as expected. Jake was extremely helpful and informative with the initial offer and Willy in financing was good once it came to finalizing the paperwork. Overall the purchasing experience was as expected, I got a payment I was comfortable with and competitive with others in the valley and the time it took from the moment I arrived to the moment I left was equivalent to what I have experienced before in buying a new car. Because my car was newly delivered it still needed to have the windows tinted and splash guards installed. James called me later that week to check in and see how I was liking my new purchase and to set up an appointment for the tinting and splash guards. When I arrived at the dealership at the agreed upon time (9am on Saturday, 5/17) there was no record of my appointment nor was any effort made to accommodate me at that time or day. Once again Jake was very helpful trying to figure out what happened with my appointment and sent me over to Service to try to get something figured out. Service, at no fault of their own because they had no record of my appointment, couldn't accommodate me, set up an appointment for this upcoming Saturday (5/24) and sent me back to New Cars. I ended up leaving that day with no work completed on my car nor any attempt to make up for my time wasted. Through the whole back and forth I didn't make a big deal of the situation but I am definitely frustrated that there is no effort to make up any of the missteps that were made on the dealership's part. I was planning on continuing taking my car back to Bell for service appointments, even though it is 45 minutes away from my house but now see now reason to continue doing business with the dealership after my windows are tinted and splash guards installed since there are comparable replacements closer to home. Overall, the purchasing experience was good/as expected, but everything after that did not make it worth it to continue business with the dealership, return for another new car purchase, nor recommend others to the dealership. Drive an over hour to see a car in poor condition Gary was rude throwing arms in air and rolling eyes. Then dealt with a nice kid who is William the manager wated 90 min of our telling me what car I w was rude throwing arms in air and rolling eyes. Then dealt with a nice kid who is William the manager wated 90 min of our telling me what car I wanted when I told him what we knew where we need to be at. Then as we gave the young boy the chance who I will not list on review as he should get an awesome review for effort. The willi guy comes and tells me can't help and gives the information I gave when I first got there. The used cars are not even worth their asking price. To pay that a person should spend a little extra for brand new. Will never conduct business there. More

Ok... just to start.. Tyler was great. He was the sales guy and was super friendly and seemed like an actual human being. (he has only been there 2 months, so Bell Honda did not corrupt him yet) Hopefully guy and was super friendly and seemed like an actual human being. (he has only been there 2 months, so Bell Honda did not corrupt him yet) Hopefully he goes to a different dealer at some point. My wife and I get calls from this dealership almost weekly about trading in our 2006 honda civic that we bought there in 2010. When we told them straight out our financial situation, they said they would try and work with us, After test driving a car we liked, they tried to make the numbers work but it wasnt going to happen. William had claimed he talked with the bank, but he had only left the desk for a moment...no way he could have called ANYONE that quick. We have been Honda customers since 2003 and have good standing with them but were unable to get a car due to what William said "we really let ourselves go down with honda finance." I told him we had not made this months payment yet due to us coming in to see if we could trade in the car for a new vehicle. He then quickly responded with a "I guess this isnt going to work, id just stick with the car you have" and quickly ushered us to the door. THIS all happened after our previous terrible experience back in 2010.... We were told that they found us an AUTOMATIC 2001 civic that we had wanted but it was raining so hard(streets flooded) that we couldn't test drive it. We were out of time, and they assured us it was the car we wanted. We went ahead and signed the paperwork with the understanding that if we had any issues they would help us out. When we took delivery of the car, it was a stick.... neither of us can drive a stick so we took it home for a day or so and were told if we could not do it, we could return it for our money back. We returned the car and were then told NO we could not get a refund, but we could use the money paid towards a down payment but we could not have a refund as they had said. We decided to get into another car, and once again were told more lies...free oil changes, car washes and a $150 check from the finance guy for us taking his extended warranty. We called a week or so later and since we got none of this in writing... they werent going to give us any of it and that the guy who promised us the $150 had been fired for offering stuff that he wasnt allowed to. Shame on us for actually believing a guy working customer service at a so-called reputable business. Why we went back I have no idea....but we wont make that mistake again! More
