Overall my experience at DCH Montclair Acura was exceptional New Beautiful facility and Amazing service! I made a reservation the day before with, the salesman Walter Goldman. I told him I was interested in a New Beautiful facility and Amazing service! I made a reservation the day before with, the salesman Walter Goldman. I told him I was interested in a 2018 White TLX AWD. When I arrived Walter Goldman was waiting with my future TLX. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle, during the test, he took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked in the driver assistance systems, also make sure I was set up properly as far as connecting the bluetooth with my phone, Apple CarPlay Xm Radio, etc. I was out of the dealership within 90 min. But the most amazing part is that during all this time I was with my 3 yr old toddler. The process was so quick and professional. Walter Goldman went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and comfortable. Overall my experience at DCH Montclair Acura was exceptional! More

Hassle-free & Courteous My wife & I met Walter in 2015 in search for our first car as we were moving to NJ from the city and had a baby on the way. We had been to two other d My wife & I met Walter in 2015 in search for our first car as we were moving to NJ from the city and had a baby on the way. We had been to two other dealerships before coming here, and while those experiences weren't terrible, they were nothing compared to Walter and the entire team here at DCH Acura. Over the last three years we've eagerly recommended this dealership any time we heard our friends were looking for a new car. I'm happy to say our initial experience in 2015 wasn't an anomaly. As our lease was coming to a close I explored other car options since our needs changed. Unfortunately I went to a place where I encountered the worst stereotype of car sales people (cough:cough Maul Piller Honda). In hindsight, that experience helped me better appreciate the courteous and respectful team at DCH Acura. I called Walter while my wife & I took our kids to the city. I told him I wanted a switch out my 2015 for a 2018, told him my preferred price points, and without wasting time or playing games he got me exactly what I had wanted. It was so easy that I paid the deposit over the phone. When my wife (and our two kids) went to the dealership everything was ready to go (as fast as it could possibly go considering all that's involved). Walter went through all the new features, set up my Bluetooth, contacted my insurance, and probably did more that I don't even know because I was running around with my toddler. Hamad in the finance department was great as well, explaining our options, the benefits etc. He respected our decisions, wasn't pushy at all. Ultimately we saw the value in some of those options and he brought it down to a price that surprised us. After all was done Walter got in touch to check in on us, to see how things were going, make sure we had an opportunity to ask any questions etc. These guys are a class act. And you can tell the folks here aren't putting on a show--they're happy, and have a good time at work (we got to witness them playing around as the dealership closed). More

Best Dealership Experience I was pleasantly surprised with my second experience with Acura. Over the years, I have previously purchased 3 new vehicles (One lease and two fina I was pleasantly surprised with my second experience with Acura. Over the years, I have previously purchased 3 new vehicles (One lease and two financed) at other dealerships, including my last purchase of an Acura MDX 2010 at Paragon Acura. However, DCH Montclair Acura by far my best experience yet. From my initial contact with Amanda to the Senior sales consultant, Walter Goldman, Sales manager, Robert Westervelt and Business manager, Amad Matari all whom went above and beyond to help me through my new purchase (an Acura TLX ASpec 2018) and absolutely exceeded my expectation. They all stayed late to ensure we completed the transaction. Through it all, I never felt rushed, in fact they were super friendly, took their time and answered all my questions. Although it was a two hour drive from my home, it was definitely worth the trip. I will highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends and will definitely return to upgrade my MDX in the near future.
