Great place to buy a vehicle I have been looking to upgrade trucks for the past few months and have tried to work some deals with some other dealers even the big city dealers. This group here went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. I have bought new fords from other dealers in Amarillo, but I will guarantee that Tri-State Ford will be my only stop next time. Thanks again for the great customer service and the quick deal making. I told them what I wanted and they gave me a price without any back and forth bickering we made a deal. Dean M is a great person to work with and I look forward to future visits. More

Very unprofessional Went by to just look at used cars and felt pressured to sign an agreement that set my payments a lot higher than the car's worth. Even talked to another manager and was told that I should come back when I have a realization and become enlightened that I need their service. That was the part that let me know that I will not give them my business and will tell anyone else that may be thinking of buying a car from them. More
