My mechanic suggested looking into a focus and I found a ton of reasonably priced ones at Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights. They were quick and communicative. I had inquired about a car on Sunday while they were closed, and received a response first thing on Monday morning, by email as I requested instead of calling. When I responded to Michelle's email to make an appointment she responded almost immediately with a confirmation. They were available when I had to switch the appointment time. and perfectly polite when I showed up late because I was lost. They worked quickly to get me into the car I wanted within a couple of hours. Dylan, Vito and a man who I believe is a sales manager. For the first time I had an experience with a dealership that involved reasonable, honest and pleasant people. More

Awesome experience I went to this dealership because they were the only ones willing to help me with the credit that I have. I submitted my application online and within 5 minutes Terry had contacted me. I met with Terry later that day and I was shocked at how well he treated me. He was very professional and very helpful with helping me decide which car would be best for my family. After I had spent 6 hours at the dealership, because of my credit situation, I told him that I needed to come back another day. He was very understanding. He never pressured me into buying a particular car to "get the sale". He just wanted what was best for me. I came back the next day and purchased the car I first test drove. He even took the car seats out of my old car and put them in my new car so I didn't need to worry about it. He was very helpful and i would recommend him to anybody. So if you are in the market for a used car, please go see Terry at Suburban of Sterling Heights. I will definitely be purchasing my next car from Terry. I couldn't be happier ??? More

From the people, to the beautiful showroom, the phenomenal food in the deli. Impressive. Vito Vultaggio was our salesman. Classy Guy. And I'm not just saying that because he bought us lunch! Vito made the Mustang deal over the phone!!! We drove from Pittsburgh, Pa. to buy our Kona Blue Mustang GT Premium, for thousands less than in Pa. and we would drive again. Suburban Ford...Just a classy place. Go Steelers! Did I say Steelers? I mean Go Suburban!!! More
