I worked with Vincenzo for almost 2 weeks to get the purchase together before I traveled down to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. Everything was pretty smooth, the only downside was that the OnSta purchase together before I traveled down to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. Everything was pretty smooth, the only downside was that the OnStar was not updated on the brand new vehicle I purchased and unfortunately the shop in my area is not one that I would trust to do the necessary update. I do wish that they would have check for this update before I drove it off the lot. Sidenote, he did say that if the Service Shop was open (on a Sunday) they would have done it before I left. More

After I made an appointment and talked to him,Vince never showed up to help us. Instead someone else came in named Denis. We were turning in our lease and was looking to renew on another vehicle.
