I'm a young female buyer (25) and was given my asking price on my trade-in when the other dealerships tried to give me half of the KBB value. They treated me with respect and were honest and upfront about all fees. They spoke highly of their colleagues and were very patient with my decision-making process. I played hardball with negotiating my price and I am pleased to say that I am paying within my price range. I am extremely happy with the knowledge of the car salesman Rich Jodway and the finance specialist Vincent Ippolito. They took the time to discuss every nook and cranny of my vehicle and financial questions. A very knowledgeable team that was able to debate with me on why I should have picked my car over other certified cars like it.
