I was given a tour of the dealership that included introductions to service and parts personnel and by the time I left I felt comfortable that I understood their business philosophy. I was able to negotiate a good price for a new car and received, what I believe to be a fair trade-in price as well. After the purchase I was thoroughly instructed as to the basic features of my new vehicle and I had the sense that no one was in a hurry to get me through the process. A and T Suburu is a relatively small, family owned dealership that remembers that people skills and attention to detail are important in making and keeping customers. All in all I had a great experience in buying a new car. They receive my highest recommendation. More

Small family owned dealership was a great experience This dealer wasn't on my radar was doing my Internet research. This was my first car shipping experience and I had done a ton of homework. My grandpa came with me because he knows his cars. We test drive at carsense which was a pretty good experience. He mentioned checking out A&T nearby before heading get to the subaru dealer in Allentown I had scheduled. I'm glad I did. Vince was excellent and very thorough with every aspect of the car I loved. He wasn't pushy at all. It made for a very pleasant experience. Tony in finance helped me find an even better rate than I already was approved for from my bank. All in all I would recommend this dealer. I love my car. More

He was very knowledgeable, especially with all the electronics/Bluetooth and message center. Was very comfortable to work with and didn't talk down to us.
