I attempted to purchase a used car online through this dealership. They refused to negotiate the price of the car or any of their added fees. I was never told this until 20 emails later. The wanted dealership. They refused to negotiate the price of the car or any of their added fees. I was never told this until 20 emails later. The wanted to charge me a 699.00 dealer fee plus another 200.00 fee which they claim was for gas and to recondition the vehicle. So if you want to pay their sticker price plus another 1,000 in fees, without exception, then shop here. I will buy my Mercedes elsewhere. More

Even on the day of delivery, when some complications arose they were patient and understanding. They also sought out additional information on pricing of upgrades and changes to my vehicle just because I asked even though it did not have as much bearing on closing the deal. I appreciate their hard work getting me a car that I had been seeking out for some time. I have a particular taste and I my requests are very precise and targeted.
