We received excellent service by the Mitsubishi Dealership in Dallas. Starting with William in the Service Dept. working on our 2012 Outlander over the years, his suggestions, and his mannerly ways Dealership in Dallas. Starting with William in the Service Dept. working on our 2012 Outlander over the years, his suggestions, and his mannerly ways, and concern for your Mitsubishi customers are exceptional. He went above & beyond trying to make our experience better. The sale guy, Mike Maulsby, was very helpful answering my questions while checking out the new cars & made us feel very comfortable by not putting any pressure on us. While test driving he was pleasant & easy-going. We appreciate him. Greg, the Finance Mgr, also very helpful in explaining the paperwork involved in buying a car, as well as phone calls we made to him to answer further questions a few days after the purchase. Luis Leija, the Sales Consultant, absolutely saved us on setting up my phone to the system. We know nothing about handling that and he too answered questions. When we went back the next day to hand Greg the title of 2012 Outlander, Luis again went out front with me to explain more about the phone system & other options in my new car. He was very willing to help & answer more questions that I was unsure about. I cannot say enough about the consideration and help Alan Ray, General Mgr. gave us with the issues of our 2012 Outlander, as well as the deal he gave us on the 2024 Outlander. We will be forever grateful to him & mentioned to others how he too was exceptional in all he did for us. More

I found a car listed with Don Herring on the Internet filled out the form on their website and also typed in questions in the "Let's Chat" section. A reply from the "Let's Chat" told me the car was avail filled out the form on their website and also typed in questions in the "Let's Chat" section. A reply from the "Let's Chat" told me the car was available and I should come to see it at the Plano location. The phone rang and another person told me the car is at the Irvings location and should come see it there. While on the road heading to Irving and get another call from a representative who told me the car was SOLD that morning and that he had a very similar car at the Dallas location. I called my wife en route to tell her I was heading to Dallas and some details about the car. Then their lie unraveled. The car I was first looking at was a 2019 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium VIN: 3FA6P0SUXKR258525 with 30,884. That was two days ago and it is still listed for sale. Shameless. The very similar car the man in Dallas wanted me to come buy was a 2020 Ford Fusion Titanium (gasoline not hybrid) with 69,322 miles, almost 125% more miles than the car I wanted originally. The only this similar was the price and the manufacturer. He offered a different model, a different power system, significantly higher mileage, and a lie. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ETHICALLY CHALLENGED DEALERSHIP. Finally question. Why, if sold two days ago, is the car still posted for sale on their website? More
